Q1: What's your warranty policy?
A1: For the digital satellite receiver, we have one-year warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested working and perfect before sent to you. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before you sign for the package.
If you have broken boxes,you can collect them together and send them back to us by post/mail,we will try to repair them for you firstly,if can not repair,we will send you the new motherboard to you to change it.
Q2: Will your product work in my country?
A2: All of our products are compatible to the international standards, please be subject to the type of network in your country (the band).
Q3: What's your charger standard? Are they available in my country?
A3: Usually we have EU plug, US plug, UK plug and AU plug. Please wirte us your charger standard before you send the inquiry.
Q4: Do you have technical instructions if I buy your product?
A4: Please read the user manual carefully for your reference, we have detail instruction on it. If your problems still can not be solved, welcome to contact us for help. We will also send you update software regularly if you need.
Q5:Can i watch all of the channel programs?
A5:This is the satellite receiver/android tv box/DVB-C TV BOX,only can watch the free air program,if you want to watch the not free programs,you must buy an account from your local service.
